HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Reservations can be made by downloading our Mobile App which is available in the Google Play Store or the Apple iTunes Store, via our website by clicking here, or by calling us at 435-215-7200. The quickest way to make your request is either through our app or online.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION IN ADVANCE?

All of our rides are “pre-arranged” and require advance notice. Our mobile app and website require at least one hour of advance notice. If you need a ride quicker please phone us at 435-215-7200 and we will make every attempt to honor your request as quickly as possible.

WHERE DO I MEET MY CONCIERGE?

Once you land at Salt Lake City International Airport please proceed to the Baggage Claim Area and gather all of your bags. Once you have all your bags you will call or text your Four Seasons Concierge Associate and they will pick you up outside:

  • Door #6, if you are arriving in Terminal #1 (Non-Delta)
  • Door #10, if you are arriving in Terminal #2 (Delta)
  • Outside of the International Terminal (International Flights)

You will receive your Four Seasons Concierge Associate’s Contact Information via:

  • Email 24 Hours prior to your scheduled ride
  • Email 2 Hours prior to your scheduled ride
  • Text Message once you land and turn on your Cell Phone

I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I INPUT MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS...

More than likely this error is occurring because your billing address is a Post Office Box (P.O. Box). Our system utilizes the Google Maps Database, and obviously Post Office Boxes are not in the Google Maps Database. Please use your home address as the Billing Address and we will manually approve the credit card billing address on our side when we see the error/message. We apologize for this error and are working with our software vendor to update this error.

WHAT IF I NEED A CAR SEAT OR BOOSTER SEAT?

Four Season’s Concierge provides COMPLIMENTARY Car Seats and Booster Seats for our Little VIPs. Please be sure to include your need for these accommodations when you are placing your reservation.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED / ARRIVES EARLY?

When you place your reservation, please be sure to include your Arriving Airline and Flight #. Our state-of-the-art Reservation System will track your flight and automatically inform the Concierge of any changes to your Flight Status.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE LEAVE PARK CITY?

We recommend departing Park City two hours prior to your flight’s departing time. The ride from Park City to the Salt Lake City International Airport takes 30 – 45 minutes depending on your location. Checking-In and Airport Security take 10 – 15 minutes. Once through Security it should take no longer than 10 minutes to walk to your Departing Gate.

If you would like to leave earlier than two hours, please let us know.

When requesting a ride from Park City to the Salt Lake City International Airport, please put the requested pick-up time as the time you would like to LEAVE Park City… NOT your flight time.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A STOP ALONG THE WAY?

If you would like to make a stop along the way, please be sure to include that when you are making your reservation so we can plan accordingly. Stops that are not requested in advance will be honored if time permits based on upcoming scheduled rides for the Concierge.

There is an additional charge of $10 per stop that is made. If a stop is longer than 10 minutes there will be an “wait time” of $1/minute in addition.

If you are making multiple stops nearby your Concierge may be able to consolidate the requests into “one stop” to save you additional charges.

Please be aware that Wine, Liquor, and Beer greater than 3.2% ABV must be purchased at State Alcohol Stores, which are closed on Sundays and most Holidays.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR TOLLS?

All rides that start or end at the Salt Lake City International Airport have a mandatory Airport Toll of $2.50.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE FARE?

Gratuity is not included in any of our fares unless otherwise stated. Gratuities may be added to your fare at the conclusion of your ride either by credit card or cash.

HOW DO YOUR PRICES COMPARE AGAINST UBER?

The vehicles Four Seasons Concierge utilizes also participate with Uber under the UberSelect and UberSUV service, and if you would like we can facilitate the ride under Uber if you would prefer…but in most cases the rates will be greater with Uber than with us directly.

UberSelect, in Park City, currently has a Base Fare of $5, a Booking Fee of $1.65 and charges $3.00 per mile plus and $0.35 per minute. UberSelect in Park City has a minimum fare of $15 per ride.

UberSUV, in Park City, currently has a Base Fare of $14 and charges $3.75/mile and $0.4 per minute. UberSUV in Park City has a minimum fare of $25 per ride.

Uber availability can be limited at times and often surges.

Reserving a ride with Four Seasons Concierge guarantees you will have transportation and will not pay any elevated fees due to demand.

Our “flat fee” rates for Airport Transportation are significantly less than if you took UberSelect or UberSUV to the Airport.
