The driver texted ahead of time and let me know you would be at the airport at the delayed flight arrival time with specific directions about where to meet with a picture of his car and license plate. How helpful is that!

He carried our 4 pieces of luggage the 2 flights of stairs. …We were so impressed with Brent that I called and requested that he drive us back to the airport. Brent gets a 10+ from us.
