The following is the “Terms of Service” for utilizing our service.

During the Film Festival, there is additional traffic in Park City and additional delays getting baggage at the Airport. As a result, our vehicles actually complete FEWER Airport Transfers during the Festival than on other days of the year. As a result, there is a $50 Surcharge assessed to each Airport Transfer between January 16, 2018 to January 30, 2018.
When a reservation is made with Four Seasons Concierge, you expect that your vehicle will arrive on time. Likewise, we also expect that you, the Passenger, will be ready to depart at that time.
As it pertains to all “point-to-point” or “rides to an Airport”, you will be provided a 15 minute grace period, free of charge.
Should our vehicles be delayed by more than 15 minutes in starting their ride due to the delay of the Passenger(s) loading into the vehicle, there will be an additional time charged per vehicle for the time period (starting 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time) until the Passengers load into the vehicle and the trip begins. Wait Time Per Minute Fees are calculated by dividing the Hourly Rate for a Vehicle (SUV = $60, SUV with Luggage Trailer = $100, Ford Transit = $110, and Mercedes Benz Sprinter = $120) by 60.
You may cancel a ride without penalty up to 8:00PM MST the evening before a previously schedule trip without penalty. Cancelling a ride after this period may result in the full fare being charge, at the sole discretion of Four Seasons Concierge.
In the event a Passenger “No Shows” the Full Fare (including a 20% Gratuity) will be charged.
Our Drivers will wait no less than 15 minutes and will make repeated attempts to contact all parties prior to cancelling a ride.
A Deposit for your ride may be required at the sole discretion of Four Seasons Concierge. In the event your ride(s) require such a deposit, they are non-refundable and will be communicated in writing prior to making the reservation by Four Seasons Concierge.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com. Cancellation requests submitted by voicemail or phone will not be considered proper notice.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
Stops requested at the time of a reservation will incur a $10/stop charge (for a brief 10 – 15 minute stop). Additional Wait Time will be billed at the Vehicle’s Per Minute Rate, which are calculated by dividing the Hourly Rate for a Vehicle (SUV = $60, SUV with Luggage Trailer = $100, Ford Transit = $110, and Mercedes Benz Sprinter = $120) by 60. Stops not requested at the time of a reservation may be honored at the Driver’s discretion, based on that Driver’s other commitments.
Company is not responsible for delays or the Termination of Service in the winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted roadways, traffic, accidents, etc.).
Company is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Four Seasons Concierge and our Chauffeurs are not responsible for any damage to your luggage and/or contents. Should you have fragile items, we suggest that you hold those items and refrain from placing them in the rear cargo area of any of our vehicles.
Any balance for a fare will need to be paid to the Driver at the conclusion of the service performed on the scheduled date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Four Seasons Concierge.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Each passenger must have a seat belt.
Should a Passenger get sick (throw up, etc.) in one of our vehicles, there will be a cleaning fee equal to any charges associated for the cleaning plus $250 for lost revenue.
Should a Passenger damage a vehicle in any way they will be responsible for any repair charges that are required to be performed by Four Seasons Concierge’s preferred service provider.
At the sole discretion of Four Seasons Concierge a “House Account” with Direct/Invoice Billing may be offered. Should the Client agree to this billing schedule a 20% Service/Gratuity Charge will be added to each completed service. Local Clients may opt for settlement on a weekly or monthly basis. Out of Town Clients will have all balances charged prior to the last ride of their visit.
For reservations placed before 11:59PM MST on January 21, 2020, for transportation that takes place between January 22, 2020 at 00:00 MST through February 3, 2020 at 11:59PM MST, cancellations will only be honored through 11:59PM MST on January 21, 2020 without penalty.
For reservations placed between January 22, 2020 at 00:00 MST through February 2, 2020 11:59PM MST for transportation that take place between January 22, 2020 at 00:00 MST through February 2, 2020 11:59PM MST, any request to cancel a ride must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the reservation being originally being entered into our system. Any requests to cancel a ride that does not meet the above criteria may be charged 100% of the Full Fare and 20% Gratuity for the Chauffeur at the sole discretion of Four Seasons Concierge.
Any discount provided will be at the sole discretion of Four Seasons Concierge and will be based on the total number of rides you contract for. In the event that you cancel 25% or more of your rides after scheduled for any reason, Four Seasons Concierge reserves the right to remove any discounts that were previously offered.
Should your Group receive a Discounted Rate from Four Seasons Concierge, a Gratuity of 20% of the “Pre-Discounted” total of each fare will be added to the Ride Total.
Should you cancel a requested ride between 71 hours to 25 hours of the first ride taking place, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged of the discounted fare. Should you cancel a requested ride with less than 25 hours prior to the first ride taking place, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged of the discounted fare.
